Stevie Leigh is a master tailor offering virtual custom tailoring and alteration services for basic garments of any brand. Stevie has over a decade of tailoring experience, specializing in high end suiting, denim and activewear.

Stevie believes that a well fitting garment is a garment that gets used often and kept in your wardrobe for years to come, therefore tailoring your wardrobe to fit you properly is one of the most sustainable things you can do for your wardrobe! She is also passionate about keeping clothing out of the landfill and is able to mend holes or replace sections of garments that are worn out. Her background in fashion design and experience with creating custom apparel from scratch gives Stevie an enhanced understanding of garment construction and she is able to transform clothing at a much higher level than many other tailors.

How the process works...

Step 1

Place your mail-in alterations order here

Step 2

We will send you a prepaid shipping label and measurement form. You can choose to take your own body measurements, measure a garment you already own that fits you well or send us an example garment that we will base your other alterations on. Your measurements will be saved in your customer profile so you'll only need to do this once!

Step 3

Pack up your alteratons and ship to us using your prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your items, we will alter your garments and have them completed within 7-10 business days.

Step 3

When your order is complete, you will be emailed an invoice for the total alteration cost. You can pay your invoice securely online and we will ship back your garments to your address once payment is received. Payment must be made before order is shipped back.

Step 4

You receive your altered garments and enjoy wearing them for years to come!

I had an amazing experience with Stevie Leigh. I needed my wedding dress altered about 2 months before my wedding. I had gained a little weight in my hips and butt which caused a whole panic attack but Stevie was very comforting and assured me we would be able to make it all work! She kept me in the loop with what she was thinking and offered suggestions (since I clearly had no idea) but most importantly made me feel comfortable! She took the hips out a couple inches, made a corset back, and hemmed it up a little. She also helped alter my daughter’s flower girl dress! Not only did I love her work but her vision and style. Definitely will go back there for any future alterations and recommended her to my bridesmaids!

TERMS: Standard turnaround for basic mail-in alterations is 7-10 business days from when we recieve the garments.
Credit/Debit card accepted. Final payment will be invoiced electronically and must be paid before your garments are shipped back.
